About Us

Headquartered in Bedford, NH, Aegis Consulting and Solutions Group, LLC provides professional services to small and medium size business, both public and private sectors. With a decade of service in New Hampshire to the greater Manchester area, Portsmouth and the seacoast, Concord, the Lakes Region and in northern Massachusetts, we understand the rapidly evolving challenges and needs in all areas of Human resources.

Aegis Consulting and Solutions Group, LLC was founded in 1994 on the idea that smaller organizations needed focused expertise in information systems that is more typically available to much larger enterprises. A few years later, that same idea resulted in expansion into the area of Human Resources. Today, issues in Human Resources are as varied and challenging as they are in technology. And many smaller organizations attempt to address Human Resources by embedding it to an existing management function. This approach is seldom effective. The result is a much less effective tactic in tackling the varied needs of the employees and the potential for growing dissatisfaction.

The Aegis Consulting Group is particularly suited to smaller businesses that require some degree of coverage in Human Resources without the long-term burden of finding and hiring a full-time HR professional. Whether your plans include updating your benefits plans, attempting to recruit new talent for growing needs, or reviewing the state of compliance with new or changing regulatory requirements (ADA or OSHA, for example), the Aegis Consulting Group can help.

Companies can choose from a variety of HR services offered through the Aegis Consulting Group and tailor them to fit their unique business needs. It is the belief of Aegis that when employees know that their employer understands and supports them, the result is greater employee satisfaction and loyalty. In these times when employer and employee alike are trying to plot the most stable relationship possible, sound policy and informed execution are the keys to success. Employee loyalty is widely recognized today as one of the most effective ways to keep a business running smoothly and meet the demands of the marketplace. The Aegis Consulting Group stands ready to craft a Human Resources program that fits the needs and convenience of your business environment.

While the Aegis Consulting Group concentrates on small companies, we also recognize that there are exceptional projects that occur in larger firms as well. Through our internal consultants and network of partners and alliances, the Aegis Consulting Group stands ready to lend support to mid-size and larger companies for special projects.
